The second board of directors of the company was held on February 28th in Anhui Weiyuan Company. The main topic of this board of directors is to implement the resolutions of the “Three Sessions” of Shenzhen.

 The board of directors discussed and approved the appointment and promotion report of the cadres of Shenzhen and Anhui companies; it was decided that the general manager Li Jingyu would refer to the production performance appraisal method of Shenzhen Company and formulate the corresponding appraisal method of Anhui Company; agree to increase capital to Anhui Company;

The meeting also decided to start the second phase of the project in the Ganzhou Economic Development Zone. The preparatory work for the second phase of the project is the responsibility of the chairman.
